    Upstairs: 1 master bedroom (160x200 bed), 1 landing bedroom with 3 sleeping places (1 single bed and 2 bunk beds in a cabin style).

Super location, privacy, yet not very clean

Very nice manager ( we communicated only on WhatsApp ) ,a closed big garden given a lot of privacy- which was super important for us as we had dogs ) . Appartment very nicely arranged and very god equipped. Nice beds and sheets. Hot water. The only exception is cleanning - appartment needs to be properly clean, the lamps, walls, corners etc. are dirty. Otherwise - we were very happy to stay there, especially as dogs owners.

House was double booked

The app and website showed since November 2024 that I had booked this house. However when we arrived we discovered that the house was double booked and another family was already in the house. I had exchanged messages with the owner 2 days prior to the arrival and he didn’t mention any irregularities. When we tried to clarify the situation upon arrival, the owner was not reachable by phone or app. When I called the agency, I was informed about a bug during my booking which showed that everything was fine on my side but something went wrong on the website. I was never notified about issues with the booking or payment neither by the app, the website or the owner. The owner never called me back to help solve the issue. We were without accomodation in pouring rain at 7pm with a small child and a dog after 2 days of driving from Austria to the destination. Very disappointing is an understatement!

Sauberes, sehr charmantes kleines Haus in Benouville. Zu den Klippen führt ein kleiner Weg entlang der Weidewiesen von den Kühen und Pferden. Unkomplizierte Kommunikation zum Vermieter, seine Cousine kam sogar am ersten Tag vorbei um zu fragen ob alles in Ordnung ist und gab uns für weitere Fragen ihre Nummer, kennen wir so nicht :-)! Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und auch unsere Kinder waren happy.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem kleinen, gemütlichen Häuschen sehr genossen. Alles was wir brauchten war vor Ort. Der große Garten war das beste für die Kinder.

Propreté déplorable pour un si joli logis

Tres beau logement au calme entaché par une propreté calamiteuse.Les serviettes sentent mauvais. Idem pour les draps sûrement pas changés au départ des occupants. Des cheveux dans la baignoire, une poêle impropre à la cuisson, un sac aspirateur rempli à ras bord, le linoléum du rdc sale, un balais sans manche, une serpillière encrassée. Porte du frigidaire qui ferme mal et lumière intérieure absente. Bref avons du faire le menage avant de nous y sentir bien. Bien dommage car c’est un magnifique logement pour les vacances au calme. Le proprietaire (qui confie son bien à un gestionnaire (Adam) est-il informé ?

À refaire!

Maison très complète niveau accessoires (de cuisine, nettoyage ...), un très bon point de chute pas trop loin des villes fort fréquentées (on reviendra!), un endroit très calme avec un très gros plus ou les chiens sont admis. Une maison propre mais qui mériterait quelques finitions ou "amélioration"

Benouville

Es wäre ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt gewesen, wenn wir funktionierende Gartenmöbel gehabt hätten. Leider war bis auf 1 Stuhl alle anderen kaputt, die Liege ebenfalls. Schön wäre gewesen,wenn auch in den Ecken geputzt worden wäre. Die Fenster haben von aussen noch kein Wasser gesehen, die Fensterrahmen innen und aussen waren sehr schmutzig. Die Lage ist sehr schön, ruhig gelegen in einem kleinen Dorf. Zum Küstenweg GR21 nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell in den schönen Küstenstädtchen. Fahrräder standen leider nicht zur Verfügung.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Wohnung und Küche waren ausreichend ausgestattet . Teilweise ist die Wohnung in die Jahre gekommen und sollte hier und da nachgebessert werden.

Maison sale

Très belle et agréable maison extérieurement. En revanche la propreté de l’intérieur est à revoir, les serviettes étaient sales (des cheveux et autres poussières en sont tombées), canapé sale et inconfortable, des toiles d’araignées dans les quatre coin de la maison, drap housse du grand lit très usé, ustensiles de cuisine pas terribles, poêles très usagées. Il y avait une machine à café et un lave vaisselle mais ni café ni pastille vaisselle à disposition.

Noch nie eine so dreckige Unterkunft gehabt

Wir waren 2 Wochen in dieser Wohnung. Check in lief gut. Haben recht lange auf eine Antwort gewartet. Als wir in die Wohnung kamen sah es aus, als ob vergessen wurde zu saugen. Da hab ich drüber weggesehen und es selber gemacht. Nach der langen Fahrt musste ich erstmal zur Toilette, wo ich dann sah, dass die WC Bürste voller Kot war! Der Gang nach oben. Unser 3 jähriger Sohn wollte direkt sein Zimmer sehen. Das war ganz okay, Schlafzimmer: Bett war bezogen, allerdings war die Bettwäsche noch klamm, türknauf kaputt, dann wollte ich das Fester öffnen und sehe überall schwarzen SCHIMMEL am Fensterrahmen. Ich hab hier eine Bewertung diesbezüglich gelesen und dachte, dass kann bei dem Preis niemals stimmen. Tja, falsch gedacht. Ich habs gesehen. An der Haustüre Schimmel, im WC neben der WC Rolle Schimmel und im Bad zwischen Wanne und Waschtisch unten am Boden ebenfalls! Beim Duschen haben wir dann bemerkt, dass die Wanne undicht ist. Unten läuft Wasser aus. Die bereitgestellten Handtücher waren ebenfalls alle klamm. Der Garten hingegen war wunderschön. Die Stühle draußen müssten mal getauscht werden. Reißen allmählich. Die Ausstattung ist wirklich gut. Fön, wasserkocher, Toaster, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Bügeleisen und Brett. Für Kinder alles da bis auf nen Hochstuhl. Es ist dort sehr ruhig, man ist allerdings auch weg vom Schuss! Auto ist ein MUSS! Wir haben die Wohnung sauberer verlassen als wir sie bekommen haben. Sehr schade!

Leider enttäuschend

Bei unserer Ankunft fanden wir ein nicht gereinigtes Haus (komplett verschmutzt und nicht übergabefertig) vor. Auf Nachfrage wurde das ganze Haus von einer sehr engagierten Mitarbeiterin notdürftig (nicht ganz eine Stunde für das ganze Haus!) gereinigt. Das Haus selbst ist schön, aber grundsätzlich heruntergekommen: - Schimmel im Bad und an einigen Fensterrahmen - Spinnweben an Geländer, Decken und in allen Ecken - Verdreckte Fußleisten, Backofen, Küchenschränke - Muffiger Geruch im ganzen Haus - Sehr alte sowie löchrige und verdreckte Matratzen in den Betten - Gartenmöbel heruntergekommen und kaputt - Duschschlauch kaputt und locker - Abflüsse in Dusche und Waschbecken verstopft Das Haus ist nicht ausreichend ausgestattet für fünf Personen: nur vier Stühle innen und außen, nur drei Herdplatten zum Kochen. Wir waren fünf Personen, da das Haus für fünf Personen ausgeschrieben ist. Kein Grill und keine Liegen draußen, kein Sonnenschirm. Wir wurden am Vorabend des Abreisetages aufgefordert, das Haus bis 09:00 anstatt 11:00 zu verlassen, weil die nächsten Mieter angeblich früher als geplant in das Haus wollten. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt überhaupt nicht. In der Preisklasse darf man ein besser gepflegtes und besser ausgestattetes Ferienhaus erwarten. Wir kommen ganz sicher nicht wieder und können es niemandem empfehlen.

Dreckige Unterkunft mit Feuchtigkeitsflecken und Schimmel

Dreckig, teilweise Stockflecken und Schimmel, ein Schlafzimmer ist Durchgangszimmer, Schlafzimmertüre schließt nicht, Dichtung in der Dusche ab, Lampe außen defekt, Grill durchgerostet, Matratzen gelbliche Flecken, ganz schlechtes W-Lan vom Nachbarhaus, Autos und Kirchenglocken hörbar, also nicht sehr ruhig. Es gibt anscheinend sehr viele Fake Beurteilungen. Falls jemand Fotos sehen möchte, kann ich gerne zur Verfügung stellen.

Very Cosy cottage in Rural area, near the cliffs of Normandie

Beautiful, cosy house in small village near the cliffs and only 1 hr wallking distance from Etretat. With complete kitchen facilities, washing machine, bath en nice garden. We enjoyed both area and house very much. Our children (age 8 and 10) liked the house and their bedroom very much as well.
