Die Wohnung liegt an der Mündung des Flusses 0det und hat einen ist herrlichen Meerblick❣️ Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist super. Es ist alles da, was man zum täglichen Leben so braucht. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Das Bad ist toll und komfortabel. Leider ist im Schlafzimmer an der Decke ein paar Schimmelflecken. Ein Parkplatz gehört auch dazu. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern/Vermittlern ist problemlos und sehr freundlich gewesen. Wir können diese Wohnung, welche in dem netten Ort Bénodet liegt, sehr empfehlen❣️ Vielen, vielen Dank Beate (59) und Dirk (68)

Une très belle vue mer dégagée depuis l'appartement, au calme tout en étant à proximité immédiate de la mer et des commerces, nous nous y sommes tout de suite senti bien. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'aménagement / décoration, l'équipement complet et la propreté des lieux. Nous vous recommandons sans aucune réserve ! Jennyfer et Christophe

Appartement très bien équipé dans un endroit calme avec une très belle vue sur la baie de Benodet. Les propriétaires ont été très réactifs lors de nos échanges. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Le séjour s'est très bien passé. La situation face à l'entrée de l'Odet était idéale pour voir entrer et sortir les bateaux; pas loin du port, des restaurants et des plages (même si cela n'a pas gâché le séjour les poils d'animaux n'était pas les bienvenus). je recommande cet appartement sans réserve. wir hatten Traumwetter, die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Terrasse hat durch ihre gute Ausrichtung fast ganztägig Sonne, nachmittags wird es dort sehr warm, ggf. würde eine Markise das ganze noch weiter optimieren

Très bien situé à quelques pas de la corniche, cet appartement traversant bénéficie d'une belle pièce de vie baignée de lumière avec une vue magnifique sur la mer. Il offre tout le confort et les équipements ménagers nécessaires. (il manque juste un panier à couverts dans le lave vaisselle...) La terrasse ensoleillée est appréciable pour prendre ses repas face à la mer. L'environnement est calme et reposant. Accueil efficace et sympathique de l'agence immobilière qui gère l'appartement ( merci pour la bouteille de cidre offerte à notre arrivée)
