"First thing I noticed is there's not enough parking. They're overbooked compared the parking spots. They have. Have cars parked everywhere? Sometimes you can't even pull out because there's cars parked in non-parking areas directly behind you. I've seen one van and a car completely blocked by a car parked right in front of them in a non-parking spot. The next issue is you have to ask an associate to come and turn on the hot tub. It's not a devices to turn it on locked up so you have to request it. It is not a huge inconvenience but it is a inconvenience. The last issue with the air conditioner didn't work. We received a error code when trying to turn it on. It was too late at night to bother moving rooms and trying to fix the situation. Open the window but that means s we draw all the noise outside all night. Oh I forgot the TV works but the image was really pink."

"I loved the set up of the room. It's like a home away from home, in a way. There is a full sized refrigerator and kitchen setup. There is a laundromat on-site. The view was good. The room we had, had two beds inside, and I love that there is a little wall in between the beds. It allows for a bit if privacy while maybe reading, with the light on. The stay went by swiftly and the staff was very helpful with that. The only downside for me would be no hot breakfast, but there are quite a few restaurants around."

"Light sleeper here. It was quiet u tol exactly when I wanted to go sleep. 11:30pm then the room under us blasted some planet earth orca noise something! Didn't sleep well here. Not recommended for light sleepers. Could be cleaner in the bathrooms most hotels struggle with pink mold slime in the shower and bathtub areas."

"Room was large (1BR suite) and clean, decent kitchenette. Soaking tub was in BR which was weird. Ice machine broken on 1st floor and had to go to 3rd floor for ice but not a huge deal. Breakfast buffet was good. Staff very nice. Exterior of bldg looks a bit run-down. Ample parking. Location perfect for our needs with stores and restaurants within 5-10 min away. A couple blocks from light rail into the city. Would stay again."
