This cozy modern studio has everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay! The space provides a comfortable couch and lounge chair overlooking an electric fireplace and large TV. There is also a full kitchen and bathroom as well as a comfortable Murphy bed that can be easily tucked away when not in use.
The washer and dryer are card-operated machines. The washer costs $2.50 per cycle, and the dryer costs $1.75 per cycle.

Brighton

Handy to what we wanted. More towels for a long stay. A table and two chairs would be nice on the outside to enjoy cool evening breezes with a beverage. Extra trash bags handy too.

I texted him 1 day before requesting the details when I arrive, I did not receive a response till the next day. I originally reserved this property for 2 nights but chose to only stay 1 night. After working 16 hours I arrived at the studio @ 10PM, at this point I have been awake since 2AM. The sound on the television was not working so I sent a message to Charlie and he took 1 hour to respond. By now the time is 11pm. Then he requested for me to investigate if the sound bar was connected. I was afraid to investigate because of all the rules that could add additional charges. I made the decision to stay at a Holiday Inn the second night. I requested for Charlie to refund the cost of the second night but he refused to refund me. I feel like the communication with Charlie was a 3 out of 10 at best.
