"I had the economy room on the ground floor. It was clean and it was nice there was a table with chairs outside to sit. There was a TV, kettle and mini fridge where I could put some food and have brekkie in the morning. There is also an air-condition which you could use for free. The hotel's policy is that they cannot give you plates, mugs and cutlery to use in the room, but they can only give plastic cutlery. So, if you would prefer proper cutlery then you would need to bring some from home. There are two corner shops within 2 mins walking distance where you could buy bread and other groceries. The bus stop is like 3 mins walking distance for the bus to the town centre. The staff is helpful and happy to assist with any requests. "

"We stayed at Divani Palace for two weeks. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool is beautiful, with an all-day bar that serves food. The reception and lounge are very nicely decorated / furnished. The upper floors and standard rooms are a little tired, but very clean. The breakfast buffet has lots of choice and goes on until 10.30am, which is nice and easy. The local area is residential and a little scrufy in some areas, but typical for a Greek suburb, and has a little bakery and mini-market close to the hotel. The 2a bus stops outside the bakery to go into Corfu Old Town in about 10-15 minutes. Kanoni peninsula is within walking distance, with shops, bars and restaurants. The pool has a great view of the runway to watch planes taking off and landing, and there aren't so many in the day so they don't disturb the peace. If you are sensitive to noise then ask for a room at the back of the hotel, overlooking the hill, which is what I did. We would definitely stay here again, it was a lovely base for a holiday. "

"This was undoubtedly one of the best stays of my life. Honestly, it was an amazing vacation in an amazing place. The resort is massive, with plenty of space for all guests to enjoy—whether it’s the beach, pools, or numerous restaurants. The all-inclusive package includes branded international alcohol and truly outstanding cocktails available throughout the resort. The hotel is very family- and child-friendly, featuring a great aqua park with both large and small water slides. But the highlight for me was the garden—an expansive area filled with trees, palm groves, and lush grass. There’s even a small zoo! The word “Botanica” in the name is truly fitting. Before coming, I read a few negative reviews about long queues at the bars. If waiting 3 minutes for a drink is considered too long, I really don’t understand those complaints. The staff are doing an excellent job, always smiling and in a great mood. All you have to do is wait a moment for your drink. The food was delicious every day, with a variety of around 12 dishes including at least three types of meat, plus fish, seafood, loads of salads, fruits, and vegetables. And of course, pizza and pasta are available all day long. The resort also offers four à la carte restaurants that require advance booking. I wasn’t lucky enough to get a spot, but it wasn’t a problem—there was more than enough to enjoy. For the kids, there’s an ice cream shop, a chocolate bar, a popcorn machine, and more."

"Nice hotel overall, feels like a “budget Mitsis,” but still a solid choice. It’s quite large, which isn’t really my preference, and there were a few minor issues. That said, the stay was pleasant and the atmosphere enjoyable. They seem aware of what could be improved. I might consider coming back in a few years. "

"Bella Vista is a very friendly, clean and well run property. The staff is so nice and I was travelling for the first time as a single parent, but felt completely safe and comfortable. The buffet breakfast is well organised and the food tweaked daily. Every taxi the staff organised for us arrived on time, was smart and had a friendly and knowledgeable driver. There are so many good places to eat in the vicinity and we enjoyed the going to the Avra bar and using their sunbeds and parasols, which are complimentary when purchasing food and drink. Would heartily recommend Bella Vista and will definitely go back."

"Such a wonderful holiday with TRYP in Corfu. Everything was perfect and the staff make every effort to go the extra mile with a smile on their face whatever the time of day. When we arrived we were greeted with a sparkling wine and a really easy and helpful talk with recommendations and guides about how to get around the island. Our room was also upgraded to the superior floor which was such a lovely gesture and really made my sisters 30th birthday even more special. Thank you for such a wonderful stay"

"We really enjoyed our stay. Our room was lovely, clean and spacious (penthouse room). The food was delicious and the cocktails amazing. The gym was fabulous, what a view to work out to. Staff were attentive too. A couple of small things which could be improved. Pool towels only available from the pool at the bottom of the hill and these frequently ran out. Some need to be available from reception to assist guests using the pools further up the hill. We were a group of 9 which caused some problems with being seated for dinner and drinks. Once we flagged this up every effort was made to accommodate us. All in all a great holiday and I would definitely consider returning"
