"I purchased this hotel for my parents and they absolutely loved it, food is available all day, close to everything and they offered transportation and tours as well so you know no one’s going to take advantage of you. "

"This second visit was quite more comfortable than the first one. Check-in was quick and efficient. The king bed room on the executive floor is spacious, clean and more importantly quiet. Had a great night of rest after long international travel. Would definitely return (but surely enough book this floor again)."

"Staff is Courteous, professional, service oriented. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Went with friends and occupied a total of three rooms and all were very happy. Hotel is in great location accessible to all areas and AWAY from area usually used for manifestations. Another of our friends stayed in the area of El Ángel or el Paseo de la Reforma and could not leave the area due to a turmoil. "
