"Good: The room was clean. The staff are positive and try to help. The bathroom and rain-shower-head were very good. I liked the plumbing fixtures. The hotel is located on a major bus line (Metrobus Line 1), and is about a 15-minute walk from a subway station. The hotel is near a big supermarket that is open until 10:00 PM. Bad: The first room they gave us was noisy, due to the roof fans that are near all the junior suites. Our suite had no dishes or cutlery, so we had to ask for them. The small empty concrete wading pool outside the front entrance of the hotel is a dangerous tripping-hazard. There are no laundry facilities in the hotel, and the laundry service is very expensive. The room-service catering was expensive too. "

"Good: The breakfast included sliced tomatoes, meat, cheese, cottage cheese, bread and more. The room was clean. Mauricio at the front desk is helpful and speaks English well. Bad: The first room they gave us smelled of sewage. We rejected it and so they gave us a better room. The lighting in the room was very dim. The toilet was in poor condition and the kitchenette sink was poorly installed. The shower was small and dark, and the water temperature tended to fluctuate. The suite had no dishes or cutlery, so we had to ask for them. Even though we stayed in an interior room without any street view, we could always hear low-level background noise. "

"Amazing shower. Unfortunately there were guests who were speaking ( arguing) very loudly for much of the night which kept me awake. Otherwise the room was great. Pool was disappointing but the rooftop lounge was nice. "

"I got 2 days late due to Boston blizzard and inability to flight to Mexico, I inform the first time through the Expedia agent and it went well, but the second and third contact was never answered by the hotel. When I arrive, they say I didn't have a room, I told the receptionist (Jesus) that I couldn't believe that, the room was paid without refund so he had to make something. He called Expedia and resolved, but the initial negative was rude and frustrating to me. Lastly, the room was very poor, old, smelly and near the breakfast place, so very early it was even more smelier. I will never go back to this hotel and refund policies should be flexible. Anycase, I think I'll try something different from expedia as it wasn't a good experience either. "
