"The hotel is beautiful, just keep in mind that there is no elevator. I can't remember if I saw that it didn't have an elevator, but you can request to be on the first floor if there are any available rooms. I didn't see this option, so our room was like at the third floor I believe. It was hard to having to go downstairs and the upstairs a lot of times, but we got our daily exercise lol. Other than that, the facility is very pretty. There is a lot of green areas, the pool is nice but I recommend to go when the sun is not very intense. The food was awesome, the staff were friendly, and they can also find you a taxi at the front desk which I found very helpful. There's also a guy in the reception that offers activities at an affordable price. The location is good, not the best but it can be close to a lot of things."

"The property management were very nice and accommodating. I did not read the check in instructions beforehand, and didn’t realize there is no staff at check in. It’s done remotely and they were able to quickly help me get into the hotel, despite the fact that I wasn’t prepared beforehand. The plants on site and in the courtyard were very beautiful!"
