Beach/bay 2.5 km, 3 beautiful swimming pools around the corner, the cozy Moraira and Benitachell a few minutes' drive away, air conditioning (hot/cold) throughout the house, partially covered terrace with lounge sofa, fully equipped kitchen and wireless (fiber optic). ) internet and a Chromecast to stream all your favorite TV shows!

The apartment is located on the highest floor, but at street level. So no need for an elevator or unnecessary stairs. Parking is free in front of the door.
