"I booked 1 king business room, when i got into my room the tv and phone are not working,so i got transferred to a different room which is for people that needs accessibility, the shower room was so tight that i literally bumped my elbows several times while showering. When i checked out i was charged for business room rate even though i got downgraded to a accessibility room. I just let it go and did not bother to dispute it. beddings were ok, i can hear and feel the spring when moving. was not able to try the free breakfast coz i leave very early in the morning during my stay. Overall the property itself is ok and needs some upgrade and renovation."

"The bed skirting has never been washed, there are stains all over it, it was so gross. There was also small black spots all over the sheets. There was tons of dirt and some garbage under the beds. The bathtub leaked, the sink stopper wasnt hooked and waspushed down so there was no way for the sink to drain, had to use the leaky tub as a sink. The staff was very friendly and got my new sheets though."

"This amazing historic hotel has a great staff, lovely pub attached, and is within walking distance of everything downtown AND the Missouri River walking trails. The art that is for sale throughout the hotel is stunning. The pub has frequent live music. We loved our long weekend stay!"
