"Parking lot is easy to find and maneuver, checking in and out was simple and quick. The breakfast was confusing, it was not explained to us upon arrival and we found out on day two of our trip that you are supposed to order it with staff. That would have been something I wish we were informed about so that we could have made use of that amenity. The room was clean and very cute. I really enjoyed the vibe and overall cleanliness. The staff overall was very friendly but I just wish they would have explained more to us about the things they offered and how things operated. "

"Bathroom vanity light didn’t work only one of the lights over the bed worked. The bathroom was not clean and the check-in process was tedious and painful. They finally put us in our third room and most of the stuff worked almost not really."

"This place is so awesome! A genuine Great Falls experience, indeed. The location is great, super easy to find with lots of on and off street parking available. The retro vibe is super authentic without feeling rundown or old and our room was notably quiet at night, despite a window facing a relatively bustling part of downtown. Every single staff member we encountered was super friendly and went above and beyond in every way to make us feel comfortable and welcome. Plus, you get an awesome complimentary breakfast at the diner next to the lobby. Overall, magnificent! Pro Tip: Call the front desk for a more efficient and personal reservation process."

"When I arrived, there was a group of really rough looking individuals out in the parking lot. The front door of the entrance was broken. The glass was broken in one of the windows. It was not somewhere. I felt safe spending the night so I left the property. I would really appreciate a refund for my stay. This is really rough part of town and poorly maintained with beer, cans, and trash throughout the parking lot."
