Watch for double charges on your card, no pool towels, unhelpful staff, and they say your feedback is important but good luck getting ahold of anyone. Cleanliness is pretty good. The housekeepers are on it and I appreciate how thoughtful they are when you ask for assistance. The front desk is okay, they’ll serve you but not right away.
