"Deschutes and Scores" Riverfront Condo w/Amazing View - Downtown Bend

Welcome to "Deschutes and Scores," a corner unit condominium that sleeps two with two bathrooms and a full kitchen. Because of its location, the owners have recently installed additional windows on the south wall, opening up the room and improving that incredible view. Book this unit and score one of the best views of the Deschutes River.

This unit sleeps up to 4 vacationers at a time! The riverfront portion of the unit includes a queen sleeper sofa, a kitchen, dining area and a bathroom. The kitchen features a refrigerator, microwave, apartment-sized oven and stove top. Dishes and cookware are included. One thing people love about this vacation space is that it has two bathrooms. There is a separate bedroom with another bathroom. This condo is also pet friendly, so bring up to two pets! There is a one time pet fee of $50/per pet + tax!

The Bend Riverside Commons Condominiums line the Deschutes River and are directly adjacent to Pioneer Park. You have plenty of room to stretch your legs on our grassy patio or in the park next door. Take the riverside trail north or south for a refreshing taste of the outdoors. The proximity to downtown Bend cannot be understated. You can walk to numerous restaurants, pubs and downtown boutiques in under ten minutes.

Our property does include an indoor heated pool and hot tub which are open daily so don't forget to pack those swimsuits!

Basic cable will be provided in the rooms, that means your basic set up of analog channels. You are, however, most certainly welcome to bring your own streaming device, all tv's in our units are flat screen with HDMI hook ups. (HDMI cords not included in room)

We loved staying here. The view out the patio is just stunning! I can’t think of anything negative to say about this place, except the bed could use an upgrade or 4 inch mattress pad. We will book here again in the future.

Cozy condo - Great location.

I stayed at the condo by myself with my puppy for a few days of R&R. The condo is very cozy with a beautiful view of the river. The sunrises were amazing out the living room window the location is excellent. Great walking path right along the river. Close to restaurants and shopping. The price was amazing! I would definitely stay there again!

The property was nice. View is stunning. It was set up nice and the manager was great. Parking was a little challenging. Extra blanket had pet hair on it. But overall we really enjoyed the property and would stay there again.

Beautiful view and great location

We had a really nice stay at this lovely rental. The view of the river is gorgeous and it's a short walk into town. The kitchen was beautifully stocked with cooking equipment, dishes, and glassware. Our only issues were the beds were pretty uncomfortable, the cleaning had missed a few things, but nothing major, and the hot tub wasn't working. Even with those issues, we'd stay again.

Great rental, great view, great location. Check in instructions unclear as to location of unit in lot with numerous buildings. Pool attendant was able to assist. Called property manager and left message but return call was hours later. Overall, great stay.

Solid place near downtown

The layout of this unit is a bit different. There are two full bathrooms but only one bedroom. The second bed is the pull out couch in the main living area. Having the river view was delightful and we had the pool to ourselves the one night we visited, although the hot tub was not working. It was nice that downtown Bend was within walking distance. No response to my email prior to our stay regarding check in, but we had what we needed when the time came so it all worked out.

Condo with riverviews

This condo is in a nice location with very nice river views. It is located on a nice walkway as well. The overall cleanliness was not good. The comforter had holes in it and the sheets had stains. The condo operates on locks that are on the doors that have a code associated with them. After attending a concert we were locked out of our unit and there is no onsite management that can help. We called the 24 hour number on the door and when we finally got a callback their was nothing they could do, they were located 2 hours away at the coast at the time. We had our dog inside the condo so needless to say we were quite panicked. We finally ended up getting in after getting some tools at the local Walmart to aid us. I would say their are nicer places to stay in Bend for similar pricing. The view is very nice though.

Beautiful river view

Place was clean and quiet. Very roomy, tons of space. Loved sitting on the deck overlooking the river. Paved bike/walking path just outside the door that went to shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.
