"The staff were very friendly, and welcoming as soon as we got there. From the front desk to the cleaning staff, all of them were friendly. There was a day where the hot water didn’t work, but the staff was very apologetic and gave us a free upgrade to checkout later than our original time. The restaurant next to the lobby had a pretty tasty breakfast. Overall was a pleasant experience and when we return to Seattle, we will definitely use this hotel again."
"I’ve traveled all over the world and the breakfast I had here ranks top five, easy. So simple and so fresh! That’s always the way to go with great food, wish more places knew this… "
