O hotel é um prédio antigo, mas é muito confortável. Um elogio importante e que precisa ser registrado é a limpeza dos quartos que é impecável. As roupas de cama e banho são muito limpas e cheirosas. A única sugestão que deixo é a possibilitade de começar o café da manhã um pouco mais cedo e com tempo hábil já que alguns hóspedes, como foi o meu caso, poderiam fazer a viagem de trem (já que a estação fica muito perto do hotel) e teriam tempo para tomar um excelente café da manhã no hotel antes dessa viagem.

Gosto muito de me hospedar no Sul América devido o atendimento, acomodações, localização bastante estratégica para se deslocar por vários pontos da cidade...porém tenho uma ressalva a fazer, as toalhas de banho já estão bem surradas. Necessitando serem trocadas por novas.

Esse me surpreendeu muito, é muito clássico,mas é tão acolhedor,as janelas são daqueles casarões antigos que vc passa na frente e da vontade entrar,o café da manhã é de frente pras janelas,vc sente o ar fresco,tomando um solzinho,meu deus que delícia,limpíssimo o quarto,os lençóis,a coberta,e a localização é ótima,já encontrei um lugar pra ficar sempre que for pra BH, todos os andares tem uns quadros e uns vasos chineses muito lindos que dão um charme,não tem como não reparar,só achei que poderia ter mais opções no café da manhã,mas é só um detalhe,Parabéns
