Don't trust Hotels.com or the hotel for the free cancellation promise! I needed to delay my check-in by a day, and Hotels.com simply didn't manage to contact the hotel. I did manage (after insisting a lot!!), But they didn't accept my contact as the reservation was guaranteed by Hotels.com, according to them. In addition, the hotel kept my passport by mistake for 5 days at the reception and didn't bother to let me know. I missed an international flight for this reason.

Ar condicionado muito bom, frigobar bem abastecido apesar de não termos utilizado nenhum dos itens. O cofre deveria ser mantido aberto ao fazer o check in para o hospede colocar sua senha ( o do nosso quarto estava travado, mas acabamos deixando o seu uso de lado), atendende Lorena se não me falha o nome foi muito educada desde o check in até o check out. Muito bom hotel.

O hotel foi indicação de pessoa conhecida e por isso a escolha. Não sei se o fato de reservar pelo app Hoteis.com há diferenciação nos quartos. Meu quarto era para não fumante, mas tinha muito cheiro de cigarro. O box do chuveiro necessita mais cuidado na limpeza ( muito mofo aparente), lixeira do banheiro muito desconexa , para um hotel. Cama parecia ter um remendo no pé. Café da manhã tinha pão de queijo saboroso.

Hospedagem péssima

Péssimo atendimento, oferecem estacionamento e no local e conforme disponibilidade. Cheguei pra entrar com o meu carro e informaram que nao tinha vaga, fiz questao de ver o estacionamento e ainda existiam vagas para carro. Os funcionarios em nenhum momento se preocuparam e ir ver se realmente estava lotado, informei que eu estava com material de trabalho avaliado em mais de R$ 150.000,00 e nao se importaram em nenhum momento em dar uma assistencia simplismente falaram que nao poderiam fazer nd. O quarto horrivel, luz central nao tem e tinha um barulho de maquinas que acredito que seja de manutencao do hotel, esse barulho piorava na parte da noite. Nunca mais volto a ne hospedar nesse hotel.

Café da manhã muito bom, quarto limpo, pessoal da limpeza excelente e até pacientes ( estava com um bebê e ele fazia muito bagunça) o atendimento não é muito bom na recepção ( em alguns dias) tem um pessoal meio enjoado. Se tiverem sorte vão pegar uns 4 que são excelentes ( uma senhora, uma moça ruiva , um senhor alto e uma moça dos cabelos escuros, eles fazem de tudo para resolver as coisas da melhor forma possível). Do resto, a localização é muito boa e o local também

O café da manhã era excelente e os quartos muito limpos, mas o diferencial são os funcionários, muito prestativos e simpáticos, o que faz toda a diferença para uma viajante solo como eu.

Bom.

Eu e minha namorada nos hospedamos com intuito de assistir a um jogo no mineirão, o local do hotel influenciou muito na nota, porém sinto que a limpeza do quarto não foi lá das melhores, poderiam dar uma atenção melhor a isso, o atendimento é bom, o café da manhã é simples porém é bom, acho que deveriam ter mais opções de sucos e bebidas. No geral é um bom hotel pelo preço.

Experiência ruim.

Experiência ruim. As roupas de cama, apesar de embaladas, estavam claramente sujas. O banheiro do meu apartamento não tinha box, apenas uma cortina plástica toda mofada que fazia a água escorrer até o quarto deixando tudo alagado. Pedimos após o uso que realizassem a limpeza, porém quando retornamos de noite continuava tudo molhado.
