All the employees are kind, helpful, courteous and dedicated to their job. Their answer to all of my requests is always quick and efficient. A big thank to them! The hotel is well-located, clean and relatively well-equipped.

Quartos limpos. Cama confortavel. Banheiro pequeno. Tive um pequeno problema com duplicidade na diaria, que acabou sendo resolvido no próprio balcão do hotel, porem eu poderia ter saído no prejuizo. Mas resolvido. So acho que o representante do hotel responsavel pelas reservas deveria permanecer no hotel, afinal cheguei em horario comercial. Mas como dito anteriormente, eu acabei resolvendo.

Internet péssima. Não funcionou para videoconferencia. O Mercure não emite NF pelo valor integral pago pela hospedagem e por consumo/lavanderia. Solicitamos a NF e ficaram de enviar pela internet. Enviada por valor parcial. Voltamos ao hotel e funcionario que havia prometido resolver mais uma vez informou que providenciaria a NF, necessária para reembolso corporativo. Apesar da nossa insistencia e da promessa, não foi enviado, caracterizando provavel evasão fiscal. Quarto espaçoso mas perceptível a gordura no banheiro por falta de uma boa limpeza. Buffet do café da manhã pessimo na reposição.
