Realmente qdo fiz a reserva pelas imagens achei bem bacana, mais infelizmente qdo cheguei no hotel achei muito inferior. Reservei o quarto de luxo que de luxo nao tinha nada. Quarto escuro, 1 unica tomada funcionado, a tomada do banheiro sem o espelho, paredes sujas, enfim decepcionada.

Estadia foi boa. Cafe da manha insuficiente, pouca variedade apresentando praticamente mesmas opcoes durante toda estadia. Atendimento da recepcao excelente. Acomodaçao limpa, ar condicionado muito bom, banheiro limpo. Precisa melhorar cafe da manha e talheres. No geral fica muito bem localizado e atendeu bem nossa necessidade.

O apartamento estava sem energia. Depois de muito tentar nos mudaram para outro apartamento que a TV estava sem funcionar, a pia vazando, vazamento também no box. O banheiro ficava totalmente alagado. Em vez de cama de casal como reservado, eram duas comas de solteiros juntas. Só que uma cama estava mais macia do que a outra causando muito desconforto.

Péssima. Pra começar não tem estacionamento disponível e aqui no aplicativo fala que tem. Aí fui orientada a levar em um estacionamento particular próximo ao hotel e no estacionamento fui informada que a preferência é dos hóspedes do hotel Royal Savassi, ou seja, meu carro ficou na rua. Outro detalhe, o hotel não tem rampa para subir com as bagagens, tem uma escada enorme e também não tem ninguém para te ajudar, pois eu estava viajando sozinha. E pra finalizar, quem deseja dormir, descansar, infelizmente é quase impossível, pois é quase no centro o hotel, tem um bar na esquina, super movimentado a noite toda. Na verdade é uma rua cheia de bares e é na esquina de uma avenida movimentadíssima. 😔

Boa estadia, atendimento bom e limpeza a desejar

Verificando os comentários na internet, pude perceber que é necessário confirmar a reserva no hotel. Não aconteceu comigo nenhum problema na reserva, mas no dia seguinte a minha hospedagem, tinha um casal na recepção reclamando que tinha feito a reserva mas não tinha quarto disponível. O atendente na recepção (o loiro de olhos claros) é muito bem despachado, resolve tudo rápido. Quando confirmaram minha reserva tinham me colocado em um quarto e quando cheguei me hospedaram em outro, esse outro, não estava do meu agrado (televisão não funcionava e parecia sujo) reclamei com ele e ele rápidamente me hospedou no quarto da reserva (ele é a alma do hotel). A localização é ótima, a reposição do café da manha é um pouco lenta. O banheiro do quarto não é tão limpo, precisa de um produto de limpeza bem forte para retirar as marcas de sujeira. Basicamente minha única reclamação é a limpeza do banheiro, quanto ao quarto, as roupas de camas e as toalhas, estavam impecáveis.

Boa localizacao ,cafe da manha ,falha ba limpeza.,

O checkin antecipado permitido pelo recepcionista lucas foi de grande valia. Tb permitiu a guarda ds bagagens se necessario fosse.quanto aos demais itens de um bom servico destaco o cafe bem servido, como lado negativo em relacao ao estacionamento nao fala que é pago na reserva , somente vagas limitadas,o que faz pensar que solicitar seria suficiente. E a pior nota vai pra faxina, limpeza .. Fiquei os dias da hispedagem sem limpeza no quarto, mesmo tendo solicitado e inclusive itens de primeira necessidade por nao reporem como papel higienico ,sabonete , toalhas trocadas..nao sei se foi falha dos recepcionistas que esqueceram de pedr a limpeza ou do funcionário ..o fato e que fiquei bem chateada de encontrarvo qto sujo por dois dias, agradeco ao lucas por ter ajudado com a limpeza do qto e por iniciativa evitou aborrecimento maior...dica..ajustar somente..
