We do NOT rent for PARTIES/CELEBRATIONS/GATHERINGS. It is an ideal place for families. It is located 100 metres from Pampulha Lagoon and its main attractions include a swimming pool/spa, gourmet kitchen/barbecue area, and a children's playground.<br> * Visitors are not allowed during your stay. We DO NOT rent for birthdays (any size), company meetings, or graduations; we are in a strictly residential and family area, requiring strict adherence to noise ordinances.<br> Space<br> The property is situated in a prime location, approximately 100 metres from Pampulha Lagoon, about 13 minutes from Mineirão Stadium, and close to other Pampulha attractions. A secure location on a beautifully landscaped 1000m2 plot.<br><br> Due to the need to strictly enforce noise ordinances and because we are in a strictly family-oriented residential area, CELEBRATIONS OR GATHERINGS are NOT permitted during your stay.<br><br> Built in a colonial style, it features three structures with fine wood components, as well as a large outdoor area with a garden, swimming pool, and children's playground.<br><br> Loft: spacious with 1 queen-size bed, 1 single bed and 1 sofa bed, plus a TV. In addition to the bedroom, the loft has a small kitchen inside and a private bathroom.<br><br> Main house:<br> 1) Double bedroom with private bathroom and queen bed.<br> 2) Double bedroom with double bed and single bed (extra bed/bunk bed).<br> 3) Single bedroom with two single beds<br> 4) The main house kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, and other amenities.<br> 5) Dining room combined with TV room<br> 6) Kitchen with small table, china cabinet and wood-burning stove (deactivated)<br> 7) Restroom<br> 8) Guest bathroom<br> 9) Staff bathroom in the outdoor area (back of the house)<br><br> Gourmet Space:<br> 1) Kitchen with barbecue grill, stove, beer cooler and freezer.<br> 2) Dining area in the gourmet space with a beautiful reclaimed wood table and chairs.<br><br> Swimming pool with hot tub for up to 8 people, children's play area and patio that can accommodate up to 5 cars.<br><br> It has a green area with mango and jaboticaba trees, integrating it with nature.<br><br> We do not accept pets. Please note.<br> Guest access<br> Guests will be able to use all spaces EXCEPT one of the bedrooms in the main house, which will remain closed, containing the owners' belongings.<br><br> Note: The advertised price is for accommodation for up to 10 people. It is NOT permitted to have friends/visitors or hold small celebrations. Exceptional situations can be discussed with the host and authorised (or not) by them.<br><br> *********<br><br> Below is the bed configuration in the main house and the loft (sleeps 10):<br><br> 🔹Main house:<br> ▪️Room 01/Suite: 1 queen-size double bed (2 people).<br> ▪️Room 02: 1 single bed + 1 double bed (3 people).<br> ▪️Room 03: 2 single beds (2 people)<br><br> 🔹Loft:<br> ▪️1 queen-size bed + 1 single bed (sleeps 3)<br><br> Total: 7 beds, 3 double and 4 single.<br><br> The house is prepared to comfortably accommodate up to 10 people. In addition to the comfortable accommodation for 10 people, we have 1 sofa bed and 2 of the available single beds (1 in the loft and another in the main house) are trundle beds, meaning they have an extra bed underneath, which is not as comfortable as the regular beds available for the 10 guests.<br><br> We allow additional guests, up to a maximum of 14, with an additional charge of R$120 per person per day of reservation for each extra guest.<br> Other observations<br> Important notes:&
