Gostei do atendimento dos funcionários. Não gostei das instalações: quartos mofados (troquei 2 vezes), conservação do prédio precária, acesso do hotel sujo, estacionamento cobrado a parte, sendo que no site não constava tarifa, café da manhã com muita variação de um dia a outro, pães e bolos amanhecidos e ressecados, café fervido, etc. Diante da atual pandemia, não percebi nenhum cuidado do hotel com os clientes e seus funcionários.

Reservei um quarto Super Luxo mas as instalações parecem ter décadas de uso, paredes descascando, banheiro com mofo e lodo, descuido total. Pior, eles não me forneceram uma Nota Fiscal, alegando que o Site Expirian deveria fornecer por eu ter feito s reserva on-line. a Expirian também não me forneceu a Nota Fiscal alegando ser responsabilidade do hotel. DECEPCIONADO

Hotel bem localuzado, bom café da manhã, banheiro com banheira, TV com NET. Banheiro sem ducha higiênica, tem bidê, algumas falhas nas paredes no cimento e acabamento, janela com defeitos, aparelho da NET pendurado pelos cabos sem um suporte pra ele, TV muito pequena.

Banheiro mofado e hotel sem wifi

O serviço foi razoável e o quarto estava limpo. Contudo, o wifi não funcionou durante toda a estadia e o recepcionista disse que eu deveria "insistir" até funcionar. O banheiro estava repleto de mofo, principalmente no silicone que reveste a banheira.

O hotel é ótimo, considerando a relação entre preço, instalações, localização, atendimento. O quarto é confortável e bem iluminado (fiquei no 21o andar). Na chegada, o quarto indicado (10o) tinha água no piso do banheiro, trocaram por outro. No que fiquei, tudo funcionava bem. Todo o pessoal que me atendeu foi muito atencioso e profissional. Café da manhã excelente, sem queixas. O local é típico do centro de BH, com os problemas e as vantagens conhecidas. Pelo preço, excelente opção.

O problema é o wifi que é muito ruim e precisa se conectar de forma complicada sempre que retorna para o Hotel. Há pelo menos uns 3 anos não vejo mais os hotéis usando um modelo tão ruim assim.

Ótima opção no centro de BH

Hotel muito bom, limpo, atendimento ótimo, Internet boa, café da manhã muito bom, com tapioca e omelete feitos na hora, buffet variado e bem servido. Quarto grande, lençóis e cobertor muito bons, elevadores novos e rápidos. Rua calma, mesmo sendo no centro.

O melhor do hotel é a equipe!!!! Todos muito prestativos e educados, uma maravilha! No mais, o hotel está muito velho. Na maioria das vezes tive dificuldade até pra chamar o elevador, apertava o botão mas não chamava. No banheiro, o secador de cabelos tinha mau contato, funcionava 2 minutos e desligava; o sanitário vazava água o tempo todo e o chuveiro gastava 2 caixas d´água antes de aquecer...o banheiro precisa de reforma completa.
