Extended Stay America in Belmont

"Hi, I stayed in your hotel last night and the room had no working air conditioning. The room was extremely hot and uncomfortable, and I attempted to contact the front desk multiple times with no response, despite being told it is staffed 24 hours. I booked this room expecting air conditioning as part of the stay. Given the conditions and lack of support, I’m requesting a partial refund or compensation. Please let me know how you can resolve this."

"The location is perfect for catching a baseball game. The room was clean, the staff is amazing and friendly. I appreciated that my room was ready early and the time I did wait they kept my bags so I could explore the city. When my room was ready I received a text, it was easy and efficient."

"Property is clean and overall staff is great with some nice amenities. Unfortunately, the parking is always a disaster. Never find parking at any given day. The only downfall of the room is that there is no good lighting! "
