"I stood in the lobby for 15 mins, I called but never heard a phone or anyone pick up.. got to the room, room was super hot! Heat wouldn’t turn off at all. AC hardly worked. ABSOLUTELY NO HOT WATER. (Yes I said something but they didn’t understand I guess). Also, tired saying my check out was yesterday (Friday) so they were knocking on my door at 11:05Am."

"Parking lot was filled with potholes. Numerous bags of garbage left in front of building. Unsupervised child riding bike missed hitting my vehicle by inches. Cracked window on one of the units. From outside windows looked very dirty. Never checked in. Went to a Best Western. If my crediit card was billed I should get a refund. Only reason I give 1 star is because I cant go lower."

"Hot tub was perfect they supplied a fully stocked kitchen, a spa shower downstairs, plenty of space yet cozy and comfortable to relax both inside and outside. Host was very quick to respond any time we needed anything and very kind even communicated after we left to be sure we were happy with our accommodations. Great 9 day vacation!"
