"This is one of the BEST resorts I've ever stayed. We arrived early, about 11 a.m., and we were able to get our parking pass and pool pass and able to enjoy ALL amenities until our room was ready. The bar, pool and restaurant were all on point. Very Clean and staff was "Chick-fil-A" Happy Attitude and Helpful in EVEY way. Definitely stay here again in the near future."

"When we arrived, we were able to check in early; which was nice. Had a Jr. Suite. It was Memorial day weekend so we paid a lot more than it was worth. We Got to our room, the door stuck and was difficult to push open. The room was about 700 sq ft. Unfortunately, the TV in the living area didn't work. The carpet was a bit sticky. Halfway through our stay, the lights in the kitchenette area stopped working. I understand people love their pets and it's great that hotels recognize it; however, it's my opinion that people with pets should be housed in a specific part of the hotel. The beach access was good. The pool was also good but there was so many people the water was rather cloudy most of the time. Being that it is a Hilton hotel and rated "excellent" you'd expect the rooms to live up to the lobby area and be really nice. I was a little disappointed because we spent a hefty sum and felt like everything was overpriced, everywhere. They didn't even provide a bottle of water. The parking lot was small and seemed quite cramped. One would think parking would not cost $15 per night when you pay so much to stay. There certainly wasn't space for the number of rooms. Other then the negative, we still had a nice time with family."

"My family stayed two nights for a graduation trip for my son this past weekend. The stay started off great, the lady who checked us in was very helpful in making sure my two rooms were on the same floor, the hotel itself was very clean and amenities where great, however the second day was not so great! Two of our teenagers got stuck in the elevator, they called us in a panic as one of them is claustrophobic and scared of elevators. After trying to get help by pressing the help button on the elevator and no response, my son called 911 for help. While this was going on, in a panic I went to the front desk to see if there was anything I needed to do or where I needed to wait for my kids and she very rudely said "no the fire department is on their way, they are fine" My daughters also went to the front desk before me and asked what was going on and she accused the boys of causing the problem. She was very rude!! The fire department arrived and helped get them out of the elevator, which they had to climb out of. Front staff was also upset that my son called 911 bc "they would have to pay for it" Upon getting out of the elevator, they were accused of making it happen, I confronted the night manager who very little help. She did apologize for making that assumption though. Also, ANOTHER elevator also stopped working while my kids were being saved by the fire department. I asked to speak to a higher manager and was told he wouldn't be in until the next morning which I could"

"I would not recommend staying at this hotel. My partner and I stayed here from Friday May 22, 2026 to Monday May 25, 2026. When checking in, we were hit with $50/day incidental fee. It would have been nice to know this before booking the room and had it displayed on the website. Next problem: went into the room, which was quite small. A/C was extremely loud, even on the regular fan speed. I couldn't even hear the tv at full max because of the A/C. I felt there wasn't a need to complain about this because when we were checking in, another couple wanted to move from their room because of the loud A/C so I figured all of the rooms had loud A/C so there was no need to move rooms. Day 2, 3rd complaint: breakfast was horrible. No meat! Protein options were only scrambled eggs & hard boiled eggs. A lot of bread though: biscuits, bagels, toast and a machine to make pancakes but was confusing because a lot of guests had to ask the front desk to use it. And the main complaint I have was our room was NEVER cleaned during this 3 night stay. Saturday morning I'll give a pass because we had the Do Not Disturb sign up until after 11am. But the next morning it was not cleaned, bed not made, no new towels & we had to go downstairs to get the towels even after calling for towels to come up but was never received. I was told the reason was they were short-staffed and only focused on people that were checking out."

"Place is great and great location. But cable was out the whole time. They have smart TVs so you would think could stream from the TV, BUT the smart TVs are not set up to use any internet. This seems ridiculous they don't bother to have the TVs set up to work."
