"The hotel was lovely and was in an excellent and convenient location to the ferry, restaurants and shopping. Breakfast was exceptional and the service by Tanya and Jessica was incredible! The room was nice (quite small). The bathroom was beautiful and spacious . The bed was comfortable. The only minor issue we found was that it was a little challenging regulating the temperature (specifically, the heat)."

"This has been my dream hotel for so long! I am feeling sooo grateful that I got to stay here!! I was wowed from the very first moment I saw the hotel. I was greeted very warmly by the bellman and the greeters. Stephania, Natalia and Luka were so very kind. Stephania was more than helpful to me the entire stay. I came up a lot to ask questions and she handled them with grace!! I saw her throughout the property and she was sooooo nice and welcoming. I felt important there!! Thank you so so so much. Wonderful property, beautiful suites, beautiful pool. My friends thought my pictures were fake because the property was so beautiful!!!!! THANK YOU also for the upgrade!!!!! I have never stayed at a nicer hotel! The breakfast was soooooo amazing as well and even better views!!!"

"Very convenient location. We stayed in Room 10 which has an outstanding view of the lake. We arrived by train and the hotel was a quick 5 minute walk downhill. Close to the ferry with restaurants nearby. If you stay here, make sure to walk down the waterfront promenade to more restaurants which we preferred. Overall, great experience."

"I know most people aren't as keen on walking as myself, but when you come out of the main entrance of the train station and turn right and carry straight on, you will come to this hotel in about twenty minutes. The hotel itself is big, spacious, and close to the shore of the lake with views across towards Italy. The breakfast is excellent. The staff at reception were very helpful as I had managed to double-book my 1-night stay and we were able to sort things out."
