1. Pet Policy: **Pets are welcome in the cabins given they are under 35 lbs and must be non-shedding.

2. No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $200.00 / per day.

3. Quiet hours for the property are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please keep the noise levels down over this time.

4. There is a camera on the roadways. It is recording 24/7, 365 days a year. There are no cameras on the inside of the home.

Just one night

Very nice cabin. Very clean. Hard to tell from the photos that the loft is crawling height only. Wish we would have known about all of the road closures to get in and out of there. Overall, just what we needed for one night in rural PA. Would recommend to a couple with 2 small children. (The loft was tricky for 2 tall teenagers).
