La Petite Volière - BELLE ISLE EN TERRE

Your holiday rental includes, on the ground floor: A dining room with exposed beams, stonework, and a period fireplace; a fully equipped kitchen; and a bright living room in the 36 m² conservatory with a flat-screen TV. Upstairs: A spacious bedroom divided in two by a large blackout curtain, comprising a queen-size bed (160x200 cm) on one side and a double bed (140x200 cm) and two single beds (90x200 cm) on the other. There is also an office with a bookcase and a shower room with a toilet. A washing machine and dryer are available in a shared laundry room with the owner. Internet access is not suitable for remote work. This property is situated in an exceptional, idyllic setting that requires special attention, particularly with young children, due to the immediate proximity of the pond and the mill (waterwheel). Lovely gite in an ancient mill situated on a 1 ha property, facing a pond. From the conservatory, view over the pond (fishing possible). 3 km away from Belle Isle en Terre, 20 km away from Guingamp, its old castle and its half-timbered houses. An exceptional setting, a complete change of scenery, a beautifully renovated mill: it's a true haven of peace that you absolutely must discover!

Beautiful, peaceful retreat

My wife and I enjoyed a wonderful holiday in this well presented gite. The owners couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. Highly recommended!
