The accommodation is spread over two floors and opens onto an open-space living area, consisting of a living room with a sofa, TV and dining table and a fully equipped wooden kitchenette with a stove, refrigerator, oven and utensils to cook delicious dishes to enjoy together. From the living room, you can access a charming lake-view balcony, where a small table and chairs make this outdoor space perfect for relaxing with an aperitif or a panoramic breakfast. On the ground floor, there is also a bathroom with a shower, sink, bidet and toilet.

A flight of stairs leads to the upper floor, where the bedroom is located with a double bed and two single beds, a suggestive environment thanks to the presence of a ceiling with exposed beams.

The apartment is completed by a private garage where you can park your car with complete comfort.
