The views are incredible- lake facing with balcony off living and bedroom. It is a couple flights up so be prepared to carry your luggage. Only complaint is the WiFi went out - router not located in apartment and never heard back after sending email about it for two days.

Location but not a lot else

The apartment is in an amazing Bellagio location. It’s right across from the ferry piers and has gorgeous views. In a town of stairs and hills, this location became even more important. The space is in need of updates and the amenities are lacking. We could have used more towels, garbage bags, we ran out of toilet paper. The floors were not cleaned well and the bathrooms had mildew. The Wi-fi was woefully inconsistent and the AC was confusing to operate. The communication with Wonderful Italy (apartment managers) was brutal. Before check-in I sent two emails and a chat which were never acknowledged. We ended up calling the company and sending multiple what’s app messages in order to receive check in instructions. The second BR is up a *tight* spiral staircase that no checked suitcase could ever ascend. The third BR has no privacy from the second and would only be suitable for a child. It was nice to have large bedrooms, closets with hangers and a dining room table. The beds were comfortable The shower on the main floor backs up instantly and is so so small. There is a washing machine which we did not use.

Terrible check in process and very bad communication with the property owner. Late responses and would not let me check in until I paid 12 euros for government taxes even though my network was terrible and I had to go to a restaurant with my luggage to connect to the wifi to process the 12 euro payment. Otherwise the area it self was amazing.

Great Location. Excellent views. Very spacious apartment. Internet (DSL) is very slow. No elevator. Just be careful with stair inside the appt especially with kids. Overall great location and family experience. Ferry just across the street. No issues.

I’ve never left a review on Hotels.com before because I’ve never had a reason to complain. I’ve been booking hotels here for over 8 years. However, this experience was unacceptable. First, the communication with the apartment owner was extremely poor. I was left waiting outside in the sun for two hours before anyone finally picked up the phone. Second, the apartment had a strong garbage odor when we arrived—and there was actual trash left in the unit. We had to endure three nights in a place that smelled awful. Save yourself the trouble and stay away from this apartment.
