Charming 2-bedroom house in Bella Vista with private access to Tunnel Vision.

10/10 Excellent

"Wonderful home and perfect stay! This home is convenient to Bentonville and has everything you’ll need. The house is squeaky clean, and every time you think of something you want or need, it’s right there. From snacks, coffee and plenty of different towels - they have thought of it all. It even has a hose and bucket to wash your bike! We will be back!"

Bella's Vista - Hound Dog Haven

10/10 Excellent

"We had a great stay at Bella's Vista!!! The listing did not disappoint! It was everything they said it would be; clean, spacious, and a great place to bring your four-legged family members! It was also conveniently located for our needs with easy access to the bike trails!"

10/10 Excellent

"This trip to Bella Vista and the stay in Linda’ s cabin-like home was a real retreat and way to escape the world and its tribulations. We refused to watch TV or be on our phones, but went for walks around the neighborhood along with our busy dachshund who kept sniffing everywhere ( until he discovered the armadillo mom and baby by the cabin!) Linda provides so much for her guests’ comfort…and cleanliness everywhere. Linda’s artwork take you into her world which is marked by the seasons in NWA and NE Oklahoma. We arrived on the property in the dark, under rain, thunder and lightning. After we settled in,we sat in the porch until past midnight and sat mesmerized by the spectacle of rain falling in the woods across the road, and an invisible waning moon and the sounds of birds, crickets, cicadas? We went for walks in the evenings absorbing every sound, every scent, everyWe left the property after a walk, a little after sunrise, with thankfulness in our hearts, and ready to brave the long road back to Houston. I write this review 2 twodays after our return- my husband ready to go to OR at Memorial Hermann, my doxie dreaming of encounters with armadillos and me …Blessed is God King of the Universe who took us all the way to Linda’s cabin and brought us home safely.Linda, we never got to identify the trees that surround the cabin - let us know, please."

Bella Vista MTB Escape • Large Patios Steps from Bike Trails

10/10 Excellent

"This property, although still a work in progress, was a comfortable and convenient place. The location was great, but please be aware that walking and riding to anything from the home itself isn’t easily doable. You’ll want to plan to safely drive, but it’s a quick drive anywhere you want to get to. The home is roomy, comfortable, and clean; plan meals with limited supplies in mind. And know that the gorgeous sunroom off the back of house lends obnoxious amounts of sunlight into the kitchen in the late evening/dinner time, making it difficult to do much in there at that time. The basement is detached and inaccessible from the main floor, but easily accessed via a brand new deck with great seating. And the bike rack by the front door is a bit limiting if you have several riders with bikes. We had multiple bikes for our family and used a separate space to house them overnight, but it worked out well overall. The owner was easy to reach and was immediately able to troubleshoot a small lock situation upon arrival. No complaints!"
