"Very impressed with the property! Easy check-in with a very nice employee, room was huge! Comfortable beds and pillows. Only downside was the WiFi not being usable in the room, too weak of a signal. Will definitely stay here again."

"This hotel had such high ratings that I thought finally some place in Redding would be nice to stay. I did not feel safe to walk to any place. The room was very noisy. I could see light coming through the space around the door and there was no safety latch other than the door lock. We will not be staying here again."

"We had a good stay at Comfort Inn, staff were friendly and breakfast was good. However, the condition of the property was not very good. Many items in our room were broken or not working. Outlets, fridge selves, etc. one day we went to the pool and the side exterior door was propped open by a rock, which was alarming because some men not well dress, could have been homeless, walked by the door while we were in the pool. They could just walk right into the side of the building. When I reported it to the front staff, they just said the door is broken so people prop it open. Well, fix the door for all our safety!! "
