Spend a day exploring the water on our complimentary kayaks, or swim and float in the warm summer waters of Lake Brittany. Bird watch from one of 3 decks on the property.

Afterward, soothe tired muscles in the Infrared Sauna followed by a refreshing rinse under the outdoor shower. As the sun sets, gather around the fire pit deck overlooking the water for s'mores under the stars, or unwind on the separate tree-framed deck and listen to the barred owls. Before dozing off for the day, gaze at the stars through the skylights.

The loft features a fully equipped kitchenette designed to operate like a small kitchen. Key details and amenities of the kitchenette include:
An apartment-size refrigerator, dual-burner cooktop, toaster oven / air fryer, a pressure cooker / slow cooker, grill press, and microwave set against epoxy countertops. Plus an outdoor propane grill.

Beverages: Equipped with full size and single serve drip coffee makers, French Press, two varieties of coffee, electric tea kettle, an assortment of teas, sugar, half-and-half, flavored coffee syrup, and a filtered water pitcher in the fridge.

Important Terrain Note on Access: We are nestled in the beautiful natural hillside terrain of the Ozarks, meaning our layout isn't as flat as a typical property. Reaching the lake, decks, and various outdoor areas involves navigating the area's characteristic slopes.
Guests will need to climb a staircase to reach the second-story loft. To get down to the lake and private dock from the loft area, guests can choose between a set of stone & wooden stairs or a paved path that includes a noticeably steeper section. We’ve included several photos in our gallery highlighting the property's natural terrain, staircases, and path to the dock so you can preview the layout. Due to this hillside terrain and the various inclines, guests with mobility challenges will find getting around the property difficult.
