Welcome to The Wonderful Windsor of OZ! Enjoy slow evenings with lake views from the two private decks. Spend your day riding miles of mountain biking trails with access just .25 mile from the front door, playing a round of golf on one of 7 golf courses, or exploring one of 7 lakes all right here in Bella Vista. Then when you're ready to venture out, you're only 15 minutes to museums & amazing food in downtown Bentonville!

As you enter The Wonderful Windsor of OZ you'll see where we gained the inspiration for the name. You're greeted by a welcoming entryway with coat hooks for jackets, helmets, keys and more. There is a half bathroom with moody vibes from the wicked witch of the west and across from it a fully stocked kitchen. The kitchen has a fun eclectic style and has all you will need for cooking and baking delicious meals for the group. Leaving the kitchen you'll walk through the large opening into the open concept dining/living area. Our dining table seats 6 and looks over the cozy living room. The living room is perfect for relaxing after a long day of activities. The smart TV makes it easy to stream movies, shows or the game from your own accounts. We also have an electric fireplace that does produce a bit of heat but is mainly for ambience. From the living room you have a large sliding glass door that leads out to the top deck which overlooks lake Windsor! The deck has a table and 4 chairs, 2 rocking chairs, a bike tooling stand and bike rack. This is the perfect place to sip that morning coffee (of which we provide) or enjoy an evening beverage to relax.

Now lets take you downstairs where you'll be sleeping. There are 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom and full size washer and dryer. Both bedrooms are equipped with cozy king size beds with night stands on both sides and a small set of drawers in each closet. We also provide an air up mattress if you need additional sleeping arrangements. The front bedroom has a smart TV for streaming from bed while the back bedroom has a sliding glass door leading out to the lower deck. The lower deck has 2 rocking chairs, additional bike storage and really nice woodsy lake views. The full bathroom is well equipped with shampoo, conditioner & body wash as well as plenty of soft linens. Help yourself to the full size washer and dryer if you need them. We leave some detergent and dryer sheets for you to tackle a few loads.

*Guests will have access to the entire home minus a locked cleaners closet. We do have a small backyard space behind the townhome that is most easily accessed by the community walking trail at the top of the hill vs attempting to walk the steep hillside.

*Guests are welcome to store their bikes on the front porch or on the upper deck.

*Guests are also allowed access to Bella Vista POA amenities as guests if they request guest passes from us within 3 business days of arrival and after booking is confirmed. Instructions given after booking. These amenities are not free but you are given access to them for a cost per activity as a guest. Costs of activities can be found on the Bella Vista POA website.

*We provide the initial toiletry items for kitchen, bathroom and laundry. Additional supplies are the guests responsibility.

*We are a pet friendly home so feel free to bring up to 2 furry friends to stay with you.

*Guests are also welcome to wash their bikes out front. We have a hose and the water spicket is to the right of the front door.

*Pack-N-Play & air mattress is located in the front bedroom closet.

*Highchair is located in the front entry closet.

*There are floor fans in each bedroom closet and ceiling fans in each bedroom as well.

*Although our property line goes to the water, we do not have a staircase or dock. The ones beside us are privately owned and we do not have permission to use.

*The Wonderful Windsor of OZ is located in a peaceful lakeside community full of beautiful mature trees and lake views! Mountain biking trails begin just .25 mile from our front door & 7 golf courses within minutes. Plenty of fun activities to keep you entertained and enjoying your stay!
