This new construction home is located just 1 house away from the famous Back 40 trail system, you can gear up and ride out in seconds. After hitting the dirt or visiting the new OZ Gravity Park, head 10 minutes down the road to historic Bentonville Square and Crystal Bridges.
Features 3 bedrooms, 6 beds (sleeps 9), 2 king beds, 3 twin beds and a queen sleeper sofa.
