Haley Retreat Apartment is only one half mile from world famous Blowing Springs Cycling and hiking trail which connects and extends 35 miles to Fayetteville which is known as the "back 40". Large garage perfect for your cycles. It is nestled in oak trees with a quiet ambience. It is also located close to a clinic and ER, It is six miles to world famous Crystal Bridges American Museum of Art. The is a new rental which features modern upgrade appointments such as stainless steel appliances, new small appliances, wood-look tile, large shower head, dishwasher, washer and dryer as well as sink located in the bedroom with a king size bed. The bedroom has patio doors which open to a deck with patio furniture. It also offers a 2 car garage perfect for storing or working on Cycles and has extra parking adjoining. Super clean, very nice, well stocked kitchen, good hot high pressure shower And maybe one block from the bike trail that took us to slaughter pen which is about a three mile ride. I would definitely stay here again

The owners were great and very helpful. House was perfect for two people. Had a few cliches with the internet but that was not the fault of the owners. We were there for two months+ waiting for a new home to be finished. Garage was a real plus for us.

Property was clean, well equipped, quiet and close to highway. We appreciated the bottled water which was great for our hikes. Frank and Betty also gave us great restaurant recommendations! Perfect property for visiting Bentonville!! Highly recommend and hope to return!

My husband and I stayed here during our visit to the Bentonville area. We are big mountain bikers so this was a great location for easy access to the trails. This property is lovely, very clean and well stocked. There were thoughtful amenities all through the home including flowers on the counter. The kitchen and bathroom had everything you could need. There is seating on the deck outside which was wonderful. The location is very convenient.

We stayed a month at Frank & Betty's guest house and never got tired of it. The place is well built and very pretty and comfortable, great value for a long-term stay. The location is surrounded by dense woods, which give the place a feel of isolation that is deceptive as driving time to Bentonville and Rogers is brief.

Getting into the property was very easy, and we loved the attached garage for loading/unloading. The well water certainly has an odor but it didn't linger. We received a refill of bottled water on day 2, which wasn't requested but was very much appreciated. It was a warm weekend so we gave the AC a little bit of a workout, and it seemed to do just fine. The pillowtop mattress is a little hot for any sweaty sleepers out there, but we were comfortable the second night with the ceiling fan on high. Overall, we very much enjoyed our short stay at Haley Retreat and would recommend Frank and Betty to everyone!

The Haley Retreat was the perfect place for our vacation! It was just a short drive to all our activities and when we came home it was a beautiful quiet place to relax. The home was very clean and comfortable for the 2 of us, we had everything we needed. The deck is a great place to sit and enjoy the birds. Frank and Betty were perfect hosts, very friendly and right next door. I would recommend Haley Retreat if you’re visiting the Bella Vista / Rogers area. Thanks Frank and Betty!

We absolutely loved our stay in the Haley Retreat. Mountain biking was our primary draw to Bentonville and the riding didn't disappoint. The Haley retreat is the perfect place to stay if you are looking to ride the Back 40 trail or Slaughter Pen network of trails. Both trail systems are easily accessible by bike from this property. We were pleasantly surprised how well developed Bentonville is and the array of top notch restaurants the area has to offer. We will definitely be back!
