The Space:

Relax in this cozy 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home designed for comfort and convenience. Enjoy a spacious kitchen, garage with bike rack, and a dedicated workspace for remote work. After a day on the trails, unwind on the back porch, fire up the propane grill (additional $15 fee-please request in advance), or gather around the outdoor fire pit.

Perfect for families and groups, the home also includes corn hole, games, and kid-friendly touches. Located near top biking trails, lakes, golf courses, grocery stores, and local dining-everything you need is just minutes away.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire home and garage, with the exception of one locked supply closet. Check-in instructions and you door code will be provided approximately 12 hours before arrival. Guest passes for Bella Vista amenities are available upon request after booking.

Ride straight to the lake for a quick dip on a hot day or unwind at the Gear Garden after a long ride. Work remote with a view and relax on the back deck. Dog-friendly stay

Dogs are welcome with prior approval. A $40 per pet, per stay fee applies after booking. Please clean up after your pet, keep pets off furniture, and crate them when unattended (kennel provided). Additional cleaning fees may apply if guidelines are not followed. The hime features a fully fenced backyard for your convenience.

We reserve the right to verify guest count at check-in and charge for additional guests if needed. For security, an outdoor camera is installed at the front of the property.

While we are here if you need us, we respect your privacy during your stay. Guests can check in with ease with no contact. You will receive check in instructions the day of check in that will include a door code.
