3 bedroom townhome in lovely Bella Vista with Pickle Ball, park and Trail access
- The Play House offers the best of Bella Vista with the Metfield recreation complex literally across the street with 4 Pickle Ball courts, basketball court, direct Back 40 trail access, both 9 and 18 hole golf courses and a public swimming pool to cool off after your activities. Pool is only open during the summer. No need to drive as you have an easy pedal or walk down the greenway concrete trail to Blowing Springs Gear Garden for a local beverage. Bella Vista POA guest passes are needed to use the swimming, golf and beach/lake activities. I will need names of all guests a month prior to guarantee passes to you.
