"The facility is incredible. You truly feel as if you are staying in the jungle. We stayed in a treehouse and the room was absolutely stunning. We were greeted every morning and night by the most welcoming staff. Whether it be at the reception desk, dinning staff or cleaners, everyone was over the top helpful and kind. We enjoyed both a breakfast and dinner buffet that was different each meal. The food was fantastic with a large variety of different foods, all tastier than ever. The guided tours are truly what makes your stay unique. They offer a variety of different types of tours with immense assistance and guidance from the tour guides to make the tour as seamless as possible with the best experience. We visited 2 ancient ruin sites, cannot say less about the experience. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and knew what special touches to provide to make it the most unforgettable experience. My husband and I were there for our wedding anniversary and they went over and above to make it very special and memorable.
