This Belgrade condo boasts 2 inviting bedrooms with 1 queen bed and 1 king bed. The cozy living room features 1 sofa bed that sleeps 2 for extra sleeping space. Take it easy at this simple unique and tranquil getaway. This condo is complete with spectacular views of the mountains and overlooks the River Rock Park and Pond. Stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar, washer & dryer, and convenience store located in the building. 16 minutes from downtown Bozeman and MSU, 7 minutes from Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport, 90 miles from West Yellowstone National Park, and 50 miles to Big Sky & close to other Montana outdoor adventures.

This unique property has been creatively converted from an office building to a residential living complex. The condo is equipped with basic kitchen necessities, extra pillows, and blankets, and shower essentials including shampoo, conditioner, and soap. There are also 2 fat tire bikes and a paddle board available for rent.

Great place!

We enjoyed our month long stay. The condo is very comfortable and furnished with all the necessities. Easy access to the interstate. The owner is great with responding to questions.

Everything you need with bonus view!

The apartment was so comfortable, with lots of open space and all the amenities necessary for our prolonged stay. The view from the living and dining room windows was beautiful, overlooking the community’s pond and also the Bridger Mountains off to the side. The bed was very comfortable. Washer and dryer worked like a dream. Plenty of storage for suitcases, etc. We enjoyed our stay so much that we will definitely return in future trips to Belgrade!

We were in Montana for a wedding and enjoyed our home away from home. Very clean, and comfortable beds and living area. Host was easy to work with. Handicap accessible for our 91 year old father. Highly recommend!
