Appartement original sur 4 niveaux.Une terrasse en bas avec une très belle vue sur les montagnes et la mer au loin.L'endroit est calme, dans un petit village avec une petite épicerie et des cafés/restaurants sur la place.Bien situé pour la visite des villages de Balagne et à 20 minutes environ de la plage de Lozari.

Tolle Landschaft

Wir sind nun schon zum dritten Mal in dieser Unterkunft, was alles aussagt. Von der Terrasse, teilweise überdacht hat man eine tolle Sicht ins Tal und auf das Meer. Es gibt zwei Kühlschränke (Terrasse und Küche). Neu ist auch ein gemauerter Grill. Was uns gefehlt hat, war ein großer Sonnenschirm für die Terrasse, jedoch hat man genügend Stellen auf dem Grundstück, um sich in den Schatten zurückzuziehen. Zwei Minuten entfernt gibt es den Dorfplatz mit Lokalen und einen kleinen Einkaufsmarkt. In der Unterkunft ist alles vorhanden, was man zum täglichen Leben braucht. Wir haben unseren Urlaub genossen.

Endroit sympathique et accueil chaleureux de la propriétaire cependant il n'est pas spécifié que les accès à la chambre du bas soit l’extérieurement soit par l’intérieur sont réservés à des personnes très valides !et que la chambre du haut est sur la mezzanine Aucune possibilité de s'isoler le moindre mouvement est entendu par tous

Traumhafte Lage

Belgodère ist ein wunderschöner kleiner Ort, von dem man in 15 Minuten zu traumhaften Stränden fahren kann. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist grandios. Die Außenküche ist eher improvisiert, funktioniert aber. Aufgrund einer sehr steilen Treppe im Haus sollten die Kinder nicht zu klein sein. Insgesamt hat uns die Unterkunft aber gefallen, so dass wir sie auch noch einmal buchen würden.

havre de paix

C'est fatigant les vacances, et quand on rentre le soir de balade ou de baignade, on se plait à se réfugier dans un lieu frais, tranquille, et bien équipé avec, pour ne rien gâcher à l'heure de l'apéro ou du repas, une magnifique vue sur la Balagne et sur la mer. C'est ce que propose la très accueillante, gentille et généreuse propriétaire des lieux .Songez à visiter l'appartement avant d'aller faire les courses car Stéphane laisse à la disposition des locataires la totalité des consommables laissés par les précédents locataires et ajoute gentiment du fromage et quelques fruits, pour le cas où...Si vous n'avez pas eu le temps de préparer vos déplacements, la documentation , mise à disposition des locataires permet d'y pourvoir sans difficulté...Des jeux sont à la disposition des petits et des grands. En bref, que du bonheur !

Annonce incomplète

Appartement très bien situé, dans un village magnifique, très pittoresque. La vue sur les montagnes et la mer est superbe. Mais le propriétaire a omis d’indiquer dans son annonce que cet appartement atypique est sur 3 étages. La chambre « parentale « est dans une mezzanine avec accès au dessus du séjour par un escalier très raide. L’autre chambre est dans un sousplex qu’on atteint par un escalier pentu et impraticable par des personnes un peu âgées ou à mobilité réduite . Pour atteindre la terrasse extérieure qui se situe à un étage inférieur au séjour, il faut passer soit par l’extérieur de la maison et descendre un escalier en pierre très étroit pas adapté non plus à tous, soit par le sousplex donc impossible pour certains.. De plus cet appartement est très humide et froid à cette période de l’ année, de plafond très bas et en forme de voutes, également inadapté pour des personnes de grande taille, au delà d’1m75, il faut vivre courbé. Cela devrait être précisé dans l’annonce.

Terrasse-cuisine d'été avec vue magnifique sur la Balagne et la mer

Un vrai bonheur pour qui aime le calme. On y a vécu sur la terrasse - aménagée en cuisine et salon d'été - ne rentrant dans le frais de la maison que pour dormir. Toute en hauteur, celle-ci ne convient cependant qu'à des gens n'ayant pas de difficultés pour se déplacer. Village joli et très sympa avec ses terrasses de café ombragées et son épicerie qui vend les légumes cueillis dans la vallée le jour même.

L'appartement était très humide , il manque une seconde toilette , la porte des sanitaires ne fermait pas , néanmoins ce n'est pas mal pour quelques jours et la propriétaire est sympa.

location atypique, avec une superbe vue sur la mer et la montagne proche de l'ile rousse et un super présence de Stéphane un très bon accueil elle connais très très bien sa région, heureusement car on pourrait passé à côté de très belle vues Et surtout merci à Stéphane pour sa gentillesse, son sourire et son accueil.
