It boasts mountain views, is less than a kilometre from the beach, features a swimming pool, has a floor area of 60 m² and can accommodate up to 2 guests. It comprises a lovely 30 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, a shower room, and you can enjoy a garden of around 500 m². Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 30 m² air-conditioned living room with a TV
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- An air-conditioned bedroom with 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- An en-suite bathroom opening onto the bedroom with a walk-in shower
- A separate toilet/laundry room

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot and various baby care items, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outdoors:
