"Absolutely shocking. Arrived at 7.20pm. Check in was between 5-8pm. No sign of anyone. Phoned both phone numbers and messaged via hotel.com - no answer from property. Waited there for an hour. We were extremely tired after leaving the UK at 7am!!! Had to find another hotel at ann extra cost. Eventually arrived around 9pm. Hotel owner phoned me at 10.38pm, waking us up, to ask where we were and apologise! What a joke. A formal complaint has been made to hotel.con who were extremely helpful...

"Je suis navrée de devoir mettre une note aussi basse mais j'ai vraiment été déçue du début à la fin de mon séjour... Tout d'abord, le logement devait avoir un restaurant, en réalité il n'en est rien, même s'il y a effectivement des restaurants juste à côté car on est dans le centre ville. "農家？をホテルに改装したブティックホテルで田舎にある立地とともに雰囲気を感じることができる。部屋もスイーツだったので、十分な広さとおしゃれな内装で満足できるものだった。しかし、給湯器にエラーメッセージが点灯しており、ヒーター、給湯とも作動できず、レセプションに人もいないため、手の施しようがなく、寒い中就寝することとなった。また、1/1の宿泊だったためレストランは休業で、周辺のスーパーマーケットも休業だったため晩御飯が買ってあった少量のパンのみでひもじい思いをした。立地的に周辺の街にも遠くレストランもないため、1/1であってもオーベルジュとしてレストランの営業をのぞみます。レセプションを省力化することについて、エコに対しての姿勢は認めますが、そうであれば、なおさら設備のメンテナンス、作動状況の確認はしっかりと実施していただきたいと思います"

"Fantastic location for La Roche Lovely walk into town Great restaurants Lovely ambience along the river Hotel has a great bar area at the front during the day and at the back in the evening Great Stay Lovely"

"Very convenient location. Great view from the rooms with a river view. Some staff were great some not so helpful. We paid the town tax and then got asked to pay it again. The air conditioning wasn't working so the hotel was a little too warm. The parking is across the road in a town owned carpark, it seemed safe enough but I'd rather have on site parking. Would we stay again? Yes, but only to pass though for convenience. "

"The resort is beautiful and the staff makes you feel welcome and the area is very picturesque. We had food in one of their Italian restaurants.... Limon which was terrible. Breakfast restaurant was amazing every morning since we were there for the Belgian GP. The walls inside are painted black in the hallways and room entrance which gives you a nightclub vibe..... Not sure if that's appropriate for a resort. I would give this place 4.5 stars."

"This was a last minute booking due to an imminent need to return to UK ( motorcycle trip ) and having done 400km with another 300 to do. Staff v friendly, this is a hotel which supports water sports groups ( mostly young kayakers ), but Dinant is a lovely location. The bar restaurant is another building the other side of the car park, which was open for drinks but kitchen was closed. However around the corner on the waterfront was a fabulous bar/ restaurant with loads of character. The hotel overall was what we wanted, a bed for the night. I was not put off by young people enjoying the water, it was nice to see."

"A unique B&B nestled in a tiny village away from the hustle and bustle. Highly recommend. Quiet, romantic, oozing with charm and character. Rooms have A/C that works well. Beautifully renovated building. Breakfast is a 14euro add-on (not sure it’s worth it) and the walkable restaurants are fine (if they’re open and available). You might have to drive 10-15 mins. for other options. Overall, we liked it!"
