Het ligt mss aan ons maar de kamers waren heel warm met een klein soort ventilator. In het restaurant was het eten ook niet echt lekker te noemen. Wel een chapeau voor het personeel want sommige klanten waren echt zeer onbeleefd. Kortom we hebben slecht gegeten en daarna nog slechter geslapen,

Wij werden onvriendelijk ontvangen. Medewerkester, had absoluut geen geduld, wilde duidelijk niet uitleggen en overlegde niet over de prijs (wel of niet ontbijt). Onvriendelijke vooral non-verbale houding. Een hotel met zwembad. Dit was vol en we moesten een half uur buiten in de zon wachten, tot we het zwembad in mochten. Dit was superdruk. Na 10 minuten vol zwembad, zijn we verkoeling gaan zoeken in de Ourthe. We vonden het personeel bij het zwembad ook niet aardig, schreeuwde dat we een lijn niet over mochten bijv.. Het hotel ligt prachtig gelegen aan de Ourthe. Ziet er van buiten prachtig uit. We hadden een kamer op de 1e verdieping. De gang is van plastic, met systeem plafonds.. je waant je een hal van een kantoor jaren 70. De bedden waren goed, de douche ook, ontbijt ook prima.

Helt ok rum men något sunkigt i tex korridorerna. Frukosten var ok men inget wow. Det mest störande var att när vi skulle bada i poolen fick man inte bada i badshorts pga någon löjlig regel. Bland det dummaste jag varit med om och det drar ner betyget väldigt. Fick lov att köpa ett par tighta badbyxor till sonen för 12 euro. Inte pengarna som egentligen stör mig utan hela grejen.

Prima hotel, maar chaos in het restaurant

Prima verblijf, kamer en erg netjes, maar het ontbijt was echt niet goed georganiseerd ( een rij van 50 wachtenden voor u en de helft was op om 9u...) en het restaurant is de ene avond zeer goed en de volgende avond niet goed. Een deel van het personeel zeer vriendelijk, anderen echt nors... Misschien door de opstart na Corona?

Superb value for money

The hotel is a short and pleasant river-walk away from the centre and has a huge on-site parking. For the little price, I had everything and more than I was expecting: the mini-bar, a balcony, comfy room and bathroom with more than enough space. The only remark I would have is that breakfast could be improved with some cooked elements (e.g. eggs or bacon) and the coffee, for those who drink it strong, was quite weak. But everything else was great, the staff are friendly and I'd definitely stay again.

Fantastisch mooi hotel met (onbruikbaar) zwembad

Ik had een comfortabele hoekkamer dus twee ramen met uitzicht op terras en zwembad, die helaas gesloten was in heet (25-30 gr.) voorseizoen (ondanks corona) en moderne badkamer met raam. Grote televisie met veel (en Nederlandse) zenders. Ontbijt was bediening i.v.m. corona met te weinig personeel; soms 15-25 min wachten. Het ontbijt moest besteld worden met formulier waar niet alle (vlees)waren op stonden dus dan kreeg je het ook niet.

Niet bijzonder. Kamer was erg warm, terwijl temeratuur buiten toch niet extreem hoog was. Alleen een ventilator is blijkbaar niet genoeg. Verder sanitaire voorzieningen prima. Bediening en ontbijt vriendelijk en voldoende. Vrouwelijke receptioniste was vreselijk. rest vriendelijk en voorkomend.

Family trip to La Roche en Ardenne

The little village La Roche en Ardenne, is definitively worth a visit with the very intimate and cosy citu center and the mid-evel fortress just some hundred meters walking from the main square. The hotel is driving distance from city center and to our experience a bit pricy seeing the level of service and condition. The lower end restaurant is quite low-end. As we were bringing 5 small kids to the table this was somewhat ok, but the restaurant itself had very little charm. The rooms were ok, although with a strange two floor room design leaving extremely little space in the main room. No coffee in the room. There are plenty of things to do with kids at the hotel. Biliard, bowling, tennis, minigolf, soccer, playground. The pool was not open when we were there om October, but we basically had the whole parc to ourselves on the Sunday and had a great time with our 5, 7, and 9 year olds.
