Leonardo Hotel Belfast
Not worth £200 a night. Tired room, stained carpet, cracked tile bathroom floor. peeling paint., dust around windows. making bed only consists of pulling duvet tight, sheets and pillow left as found and very late attending to room. Premier inn next time.

The Malone Hotel
Disappointing breakfast. Arrived at 9AM (breakfast was supposed to be til 11AM) - there was no bacon left, bread for toaster was stale. On our first night room was cold. Room had no thermostat. We reported twice to reception. We were told firstly that heating was due to come on at 8pm - it didn’t. ...
