Two-story vacation home in an authentic village in Cathar country near Montségur.

  • Cosy and welcoming, this two-story cottage is located in a very quiet and authentic hamlet.
    It faces due south and is situated on the banks of the Hers River.
    In the living room/kitchen, a flat-screen TV with free Wi-Fi is available, as well as a sofa bed.
    The spacious, very bright bedroom is elegantly decorated in a chalet style (with wooden beams). It is equipped with a double bed.
    The second bedroom is reserved for children and features four bunk beds.
    You’ll also find a desk with a chair, perfect for working from home.
    Located near two ski resorts (Monts d’Olmes and Camurac), a ski storage room is provided. This apartment serves as the starting point for numerous hikes.
    Situated in Cathar country, it’s close to the Château de Montségur.
    Just 2 km from the cottage, near the intermittent fountain at Fontestorbes, children can enjoy the tree-top adventure course
    In Bélesta (1 km from the cottage), you’ll find all the shops you need:

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux en famille. La maison est spacieuse, très propre et parfaitement adaptée avec enfants. Tout était conforme à l’annonce, voire au-delà. Des hôtes attentionnés et réactifs. Vacances réussies !

Un lloc molt recomanable per la traquilitat del poble, pel paisatge i per la gite. Una gite molt completa, neta, acollidora .I per les opcions de caminades i visites ( bosc de belesta, castells, pobles de l'entorn..)

Gîte Ariège

Excellent gîte, spacieux et frais par jours de fortes chaleurs. Un lieu à faire si vous aimez les randonnées : Le pic de Saint Barthélémy. Et, proche du gîte, la Croix de Millet. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, merci !

Beau gîte

Endroit très tranquille proche des commodités et bien placé pour la visite de plusieurs sites cathares intéressant. Proche du lac de Montbel pour la baignade. Petites ballades en bord de rivière au départ du gîte

Excellent séjour

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à les Peyrots et notamment la fraîcheur du gîte et sa proximité avec de multiples possibilités d'activités aquatiques ou de montagne. C'est un atout d'autant que l'Ariège est un lieu peu fréquenté à découvrir! Nous recommendons donc fortement! On se sent très vite chez soi dans le gîte avec toutes les commodités nécessaires. Et merci à nos hôtes pour leur accueil et leur compréhension.
