No safe in the room. No security internet for guests. Had difficult to watch TV but the receptionist sent me a technician. The breakfast was good/ excellent My checked in and out was quite good.

Tive uma experiência agradável durante minha estadia neste hotel. A localização é excelente, próxima a pontos turísticos, restaurantes e com fácil acesso ao transporte público. A recepção foi cordial e eficiente, com check-in rápido e equipe sempre disposta a ajudar com informações e sugestões. O quarto estava limpo, bem organizado e oferecia um bom nível de conforto. A cama era aconchegante, com roupas de cama limpas e travesseiros confortáveis. O ar-condicionado funcionava perfeitamente, e o isolamento acústico era satisfatório, proporcionando boas noites de sono. O banheiro também estava limpo, com toalhas de qualidade e água quente constante no chuveiro. O café da manhã, incluso na diária, oferecia variedade e produtos frescos, com destaque para as frutas e pães. O restaurante do hotel, embora com um cardápio enxuto, apresentou pratos bem preparados. A área comum era bem cuidada, com espaços agradáveis para descanso ou trabalho. Apesar dos pontos positivos, alguns aspectos podem ser melhorados, como a conexão Wi-Fi, que em certos momentos ficou instável, e a manutenção de alguns itens do quarto, como tomadas ou luminárias. No geral, porém, minha experiência foi bastante positiva, e voltaria a me hospedar aqui sem hesitar.

Tive uma experiência bastante satisfatória durante minha estadia neste hotel. Desde o momento do check-in até a hora da saída, tudo funcionou com eficiência, cordialidade e atenção aos detalhes. A limpeza é, sem dúvida, um dos pontos fortes. As áreas comuns estavam sempre impecáveis, com funcionários constantemente fazendo a manutenção da higiene, mesmo nos horários de maior movimento. O quarto em que me hospedei estava extremamente limpo, com roupas de cama e banho trocadas regularmente e em excelente estado. O banheiro também estava muito bem higienizado, com reposição diária de amenities. A localização é outro destaque. Situado em uma área estratégica, o hotel permite fácil acesso a restaurantes, pontos turísticos e meios de transporte. Seja para compromissos profissionais ou lazer, a região ao redor é segura e oferece uma boa variedade de opções, tanto de dia quanto à noite. No quesito conforto, o quarto superou minhas expectativas. A cama era espaçosa e muito confortável, com travesseiros e colchão de ótima qualidade. A climatização funcionava perfeitamente, garantindo noites agradáveis mesmo em dias de temperatura extrema. Além disso, o isolamento acústico foi eficiente, permitindo um descanso tranquilo. O atendimento da equipe merece uma menção especial. Todos os funcionários foram muito educados, prestativos e bem treinados para lidar com diferentes situações. Bom, mas precisa melhorar em alguns pontos

Pontos positivos: localização, quarto amplo, café da manhã com os principais itens, pessoal atencioso. Pontos negativos: há apenas um elevador para o prédio inteiro, e durante minha hospedagem quebrou duas vezes. A pressão da água no chuveiro é bem fraca, dificultando encontrar o ponto certo do quente/frio.

Cama e quartos confortáveis! O café da manhã é razoável, percebi alguns dias os pratos sujos! E eles poderiam servir algumas frutas da região! Encontramos tantas no mercado, seria um atrativo a mais aos hóspedes. Eles tb tiveram flexibilidade em relação ao horário do checkout, o que foi ótimo para podermos aproveitar o último dia de forma tranquila

O quarto é espaçoso, bom custo-benefício, localização excelente. Só tivemos um problema na última noite, logo cedo, antes das 7h começou uma bateção de porta no corredor, gente empurrando carrinho, e essa parte foi bem ruim.

Sugestões de melhorias

Na entrada do hotel, o ar-condicionado deixava o ambiente com cheiro de mofo, além de estar ajustado numa temperatura muito baixa. A porta de acesso ao banheiro do quarto, dificultava a entrada ao banheiro (sugiro colocar uma porta de correr embutida/paralela à parede do próprio banheiro. O café da manhã, que é cobrado à parte, deixa a desejar, na qualidade das frutas e alguns dos itens servidos. Check-in um pouco demorado, com a sensação de que os dados não estavam carregados no sistema, tempo acima dos padrões de outros hotéis.

Localização MUITO boa para quem curte fazer programas no centro/a pé. tem muitas lojas por perto (farmacia, supermercado, etc) o quarto tem um tamanho bom para duas pessoas que não querem ficar muito tempo no hotel e sim passear pela cidade.

Camas ruins, roupa de cama ruim , fiquei doente pq o ar era forte , não tinha cobertor. Limpeza horrível do banheiro Frigobar sem nada dentro, zero amenities, diária cara. Café da manhã mais ou menos, foi cobrado 60,00. Não pretendo voltar
