The floor plan and distribution is great. But needs a remodeling for sure. A lot of old furniture, sheets, towels are worn out. However, staff was outstanding and restaurant food was very good

O hotel é bom, porém por ser muito antigo precisa de modernização. Os quartos são confortáveis com camas novas e travesseiros, Roupa de cama e toalhas bem limpinhas. Televisão grande com internet. Tive problema com falta de cortina blackout no quarto às 6 horas da manhã não consegui dormir o sol foi no meu rosto e de minha filha tivemos que trocar para outro onde o sol não batia. A área da piscina é muito antiga com um certo aspecto de velho, uma reforma para modernizar ficaria muito bom. O restaurante não oferece pratos executivos, e por perto não tem opção de restaurante por ser bem afastado do centro temos que pegar Uber para para todos os lugares. Funcionários são muito prestativos e esforçados para solucionar nossa necessidade.

Hotel bom, passou por recente reforma que precisa finalizar os acabamentos. Café da manhã precisa um pouco mais de atenção na disponibilidade dos itens, alguns ficavam faltando e demoraram para reposição. A recepção precisa conferir direito as reservas, tivemos um problema na reserva que estava paga e a recepção fez que pagássemos novamente pois a recepção no momento do checkout não tinha acesso as informações (complicado), embora tenham feito o estorno do pagamento, foi muito constrangedor.

A localização do hotel é ótima para conhecer pontos turísticos e a ilha de combu! O banheiro precisa de ducha higiênica e locais para por toalhas de banho e mão! Funcionários prestativos e quarto super limpo com serviço de quarto diário!

Apartamento precisa de alguns ajustes, mas a roupa de cama e banho estavam limpas. O prédio é antigo, mas a vista do rios no restaurante é belíssima. A região de entorno não é das melhores, mas o hotel é razoável.

O Hotel parece estar em renovação, o que é extremamente necessário. Recomendo que incluam nos quartos ao menos uma mesa lateral às camas, prendedor de toalhas no banheiro e tomadas acessíveis. Esses detalhes fariam toda a diferença. O café da manhã é muito fraco. Muito longe de ser um hotel que se auto-proclama 5 estrelas Eco Luxury…

Não funciona o elevador e fiquei no 5 andar. Na chegada a atendente me deu a chave, quando fui ver o quarto estava em obras com entulho etc. O quarto que fiquei cheirava a obra recém entregue com cheiro desagradável. Mas na saída veio o pior. O atendente disse que a Hotéis.com não havia repassado meu pagamento e que eu teria que pagar (novamente), mesmo mostrando meu recibo pelo app. Após discussão ele pediu pra enviar o comprovante no WhatsApp do hotel e ficou por isso. NÃO VÁ!

A piscina estava excelente. O Ar funciona maravilhosamente bem. A parte negativa é o café da manhà que está muito ruim e sem opção de escolha e os quartos não tem tomadas e o banheiro não tem onde pendurar nada. Não tem porta Shampoo, não tem porta sabonetes, não tem aonde pendurar a toalha molhada e muito menos as toalhas enxutas. Recepção maravilhosa. Estacionamento nota 10 e localização top.

Hotel maravilhoso! Desde a recepção até o check-out tudo foi perfeito. Atendimento cordial, quartos muito limpos e confortáveis, estrutura impecável e café da manhã fantástico. A localização também é excelente. Sem dúvida uma das melhores hospedagens que já tive. Recomendo muito!
