    "The hotel was outstanding from check in to check out. Only one downside was they never explained to go to guest services to book for the à la carte restuarants which we found out 3 days into our holiday. These were worth the money as the main buffet was just carnage and stressed us out quite a bit. The pool side snack bar was amazing and became our preference for a brunch. All in all an amazing hotel would Highly recommend."

"All in all the Hotel is good. However it's not a 5 star. It's hard to put a finger on what's wrong cause on personal level you see the stuff works hard. The terriroty is vast, the main beach is long and satisfiying. However if you don't catch a seat early in the morning by 9 am it's hard to find an empty place there. More than 95 % of the guests are from the russian speaking countries, so stuff knows a word ot two in Russian. The wi-fi is good only if you're close to lobby - 50 metres or so...
