"We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. However, we were a little disappointed with the breakfast arrangement. Instead of and in-house breakfast, the hotel provided a voucher to use at a nearby restaurant. While the food was good, the amount covered by the voucher was not enough for 2 people. We had to pay extra out of pocket, which was unexpected, especially considering breakfast was advertised as included. . Overall, it was a nice experience to stay but the breakfast policy could be more transparent and generous, "

Hotel 11, MOD A Sonesta Collection in Calgary exceeded all our expectations! This is a newly built hotel, and everything is in absolutely pristine condition. From the smooth and friendly check-in process to the relaxing amenities, every detail was top notch.
The staff were warm and welcoming, the free parking was a huge plus, and the hot tub was the perfect way to unwind after a long day — it truly put a smile on our faces.
We also really enjoyed the on-site restaurant — great food at a great price! For the quality and comfort you get, this hotel is incredibly affordable.
We highly recommend staying here and will definitely be back soon. A gem in Calgary!"
"My family and I stay at the Days Inn Balzac about 2-3 times per year. The staff is very nice, kind, sweet, caring, helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. My kids, husband and I love swimming in the pool, and going down the water slide. The hot tub is a bonus for relaxing. I love how Crossiron mills mall is Super close to drive or walk too. We always recommend the Days Inn to all our family and friends. We always return and the staff always remembers us which is Fabulous. "
