Check in took about 30 minutes due to staff unable to find my reservation. The stay description included gym access. However the gym area was completely closed and not accessible. I requested towels to be sent to the room they arrived 25 minutes later, therefore, the service was wasn’t that great.

The worst hotel in Beirut, the pillows are so hard to sleep on ! Woke up with back pain! Definitely the worst experience.and the guy at the receptionist was the rudest !

We really enjoyed our stay at Warwick, it's centrally located, so close to downtown, Corniche, Zaytouna Bay, and a short walk away from Hamra. The staff are super friendly, the room is comfortable and clean, the pool is really nice and the gym is OK. It also has a breath taking view from the roof and restaurant, and the food was very tasty. The only thing we didn't enjoy is that it gets really noisy at night due to proximity to a club across the street, it gets really loud and on 3 out of the 4 nights we stayed, we weren't able to sleep till 3 am when the music stopped. I would encourage the hotel administration to improve window sound proofing - that would have made the experience perfect.

The rooms were below average, not what we expected or what we saw on the internet when we originally booked our stay. The condition of the carpet in the room was quiet poor, they need to be changed as the smell is over baring. The fitness centre is very outdated, and the exercise equipment are a hazard.

L’hôtel est très bien situe a proximité du bord de mer avec accès rapide sur Zaitunay Bay et non loin du quartier Hamra. Mais un sérieux effort reste a faire sur le Personnel (un sourire..c'est gratuit !), la qualité du petit déjeuner tout juste acceptable... C'est tout de même une bonne adresse pour découvrir Beyrouth.

Highly recommend!

The level of service at this hotel was exceptional. Everyone made an effort to assure comfort and to provide assistance. The room was wonderful and the breakfast buffet provided so many local and traditional options, one could have a novel breakfast every day for at least a week. And the view from the breakfast table and pool! Spectacular! Right on the water, the Mediterranean greets you every day, and most everywhere is in walking distance.

Betrunkener Mann im Zimmer

Ein betrunkener Mann ist an einem Morgen irgendwie in unser Zimmer reingekommen, während ich mit meinem Baby schlief. die Situation wurde vom Hotel nicht professionell gelöst. Der Manager hat sich nicht entschuldigt und lediglich darauf beharrt, dass es nicht die Schuld des Hotels sei.

Fint hotell med bra beliggenhet. Rommene er rene med myke senger. De ansatte er veldig hjelpsomme. Den indiske restauranten har fantastisk god mat og de er mye liv i Pianobaren i helgene. Anbefales !
