Dear Mr.Jorje Chabouk, Thank you for your review.It was a pleasure having you and your family at our hotel,we are really saddened by the fact that you were not pleased during the duration of your stay..HayaliSuites Hotel is a part of the Hayali Group chain hotels having hotels in various countries in the middle east,we are a furnished appartments/suites hotel not a regular hotel having 5stars evalution .we equiped all our suites with all the kitchen equipments needed for the ability of having food at the suite, also providing the service of serving our guests with food at their suites for better comfortability and privacy.Nevertheless,providing a bistro Cafe at the lobby to serve any beverages &food for our guests ,for this reason it is the policy of the hotel to not allow food coming from outside the hotel to be served at the lobby or bistro(These are the norms of safety to avoid any food poisoning issues from street restaurants brought into our hotel ) . Regarding the payment on your arrival day the rules require us to receive at least a payment or deposit on your first night . ,On behalf of Hayali suites Hotel ,we truly apologize for these minor regulations of wich may brought you discomfort during your stay . Dear Mrs.Samira, We would like to start to apologize for the unpleasant experience that you had at our hotel.It saddens us and a shock to us to know that this is the worst hotel in the world according to your opinion,especially knowing the fact that your complain is regarding the extra charge for the bed sheets.Your resrvation specified that you booked a kingsize bedroom for two people however you had two extra children with you that in our policy it specifies it online that the guest will be charged for the extra children .However, we did not charge you for the extra two children during your entire stay at our hotel.we apologize if this brought you discomfort as we can not deny the fact that we have also received a number of complains from other guests regarding the noise you brought into the lobby and hotel,however we believed it is not ethical to tell you this during your stay and ruin your vacation .A part from the above mentioned , we want to emphasize on the fact that we apologize for any misunderstanding brought to you by our staff and it it would be our pleasure to welcome you again in the near future at any of our Hayali suites touristic facilities and hotels.
