"This is an old house, with some interesting history & furnishings. It is not a hotel, it’s a B&B, with 3-4 bedrooms and the owners live upstairs. The ( ensuite) bathrooms are very dated. The ( included) breakfasts are served at 9am, but the staff are very helpful and did provide breakfast earlier when we asked. The house overlooks Regua across the River, it’s only a 20-minute walk into that town which has a couple of good restaurants for dinner. The town of Lamego is further, about a 15-minute...

"We had a very nice stay at the Quinta. So peaceful, gentle and well located. We liked the surroudings, strolling in the park, between the vineyards, hills and rocks, enjoying nature. The dinners were fine, with excellent local products, such as dry aged veal, cod, mushrooms and of couse the wine from the Quinta. Hospitality and discrete class, we liked it! "

"The most magical place I've been to! The hotel is an old estate and they have redone it beautifully. The staff was first class, the food delicious and there were so many activities to sign up for! Spa was impressive with the hydrotherapy, cold plunge and different saunas! We will definitely go back!!"
